I am proud to be a Cody, Wyoming native!  I graduated from Cody High School and Northwest Community College in Powell, Wyoming majoring in Business Administration. My Grandparents moved to Wyoming in the early 1900’s.  My father was one of the first babies born on the “Powell flat” in 1912.  My mother arrived in Cody in 1916.  Earl Claudson and I were married in 1976.  Earl operates Earl Claudson Masonry, with fireplaces being his specialty.

I Began my real estate career in 1976, obtaining my Wyoming salesman license in 1979 and my Wyoming brokers license in 1981.

Professional Achievements and Credentials

Attained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 1982

Attained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1984 and was one of the first in Wyoming to achieve this designation.

Attained the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1990.  Graduating with the first class to test for the CRP certification.  I was one of first to achieve this designation in Wyoming.  and remain the only realtor in Cody (Park County), Wyoming to hold this designation.

Awarded Park County  REALTOR® OF THE YEAR IN 1982, 1986 & 1999. 

Charter State President of CRS WYOMING in 1986.  Awarded through the CRS WYOMING CHAPTER, STATE CHAPTER  REALTOR® OF THE YEAR in 1998.

As a member of Park County Board of Realtors, I have held every office from Board member through President.
